theyhavefallen29 When you say your graphics driver is updated, do you mean it's actually new, or only that you clicked a button to check for updates? If it's the latter, you could still have an old and incompatible driver, and that's the usual cause of what's in your screenshot.
If the driver is in fact the newest available for your GPU, or you're not sure, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
