My game keeps crashing

Hey, i haven't played since the update so i had taken out my mods.

When i opened the game i was able to play and even did the event tasks. I then closed the game to put my mods back in (updated). When i came back the game crashed.

I had a error message saying the game failed to launch and that it was on EA's part and to try later. After trying again the game opened and i was able to enter my save. But it opened on the world map and when i try and start playing with my sim the game crashes while the screen loads.

I have tried taking out my mods and repairing the game but nothing. And now the EA message doesn't even pop-up when the game crashes.

What more can i do ?

PS: i have windows protection but it has never bothered me, my one drive is turned off as always.

I did a dxdiag but i don't know how to interpret it. I'll add it but just so yk it's in french so idk if you'll be able to help. (The french support doesn't answeras quickly, or as precisely since there isn't as many people)

If the new save doesn't work, try again but in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether you can load into live mode.

The Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag list ucrtbase.dll as the faulting module.  This is a part of the Common Language Runtimes, as in, .NET, but if .NET were corrupt overall, the game probably wouldn't open at all.  Still, if a new save doesn't work, we can look at that angle too.
