My game will not load after the latest update

I have even removed my Mods folder, but as soon as I want to resume my previous game, the loading screen appears and my game will be loading even after 20 minutes of waiting. I have repaired the game, logged out, then in, restarted my laptop, but non of that helped.

What could be the issue? How can I fix this?
