My game wont connect to the Gallery

I have been unable to connect to the gallery for i don't know how long, i have tried repairing my game through the EA app, tried rebooting my WiFi, tried running as administrator but that just topped my game from opening. i have tried looking on reddit or any of the forums here and non seem to have the answer. i use the gallery a lot so this is a massive annoyance i hope someone can help. i do have mods and CC installed and i have removed them and tried again but that didnt seem to work. i have also tried deleting a lot of things from my library but that didnt work either. i just get stuck on the spinning circle of doom
