My game won't even open, I've tried everything

loacie4ever​  There's no obvious issue in your dxdiag that would explain why Sims 4 isn't working.  So to cover a few potential problems at once, please create a new admin Windows account and try playing there.  Make it local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account or any email address.  You'll be able to (try to) open Sims 4 without reinstalling anything.

If this works, but you want to fix the game in your main account, let me know.
