arlebina All of the errors in your dxdiag are crashes of the graphics driver, or one of them. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the Nvidia driver, as described here:

Additionally, when you play Sims 4, do you always have the laptop plugged in? Running on battery may force it to switch to the Intel iGPU to preserve battery life, which could cause the game to freeze under the wrong circumstances.
