hi so my game has been a total nightmare since I downloaded the sims expansion pack pets, I have uninstalled origin, then reinstalled it. I've uninstalled the sims 4 and reinstalled it, I've even just installed the sims 4 with no game expansion packs and its still really badly lagging. I've looked at every solution but I'm finding that when I delete my cache its fine but the Logs file wont delete because its open elsewhere when its not?

Is it possible to remove the expansion pack and play the game as you were previously to see how the game runs? It could simply be a case that your system can't run The Sims 4 alongside the expansions.

@EA_Darko I removed all the expansion packs except from the new one that I purchased when the computer crashed and I even tried the game on its own with no expansions, its still really lagging.
@kimberleyharley According to your dxdiag Windows 10 is not recognizing the cpu. The cpu requires a driver. the video system only has default drivers loaded. You need the driver disc or go to Acer support and download and install all drivers for your model Acer. This game needs the missing information to configure the game for your computer.
So ive downloaded every driver onto my computer but im unsure how to actually install them as they've just been saved into a folder in my documents
