ChubbyPumkin Please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). Choose the Advanced scanning method. Restart your computer, download a fresh copy of the App installer, and run it. If you get a message about the App already being installed, choose the Repair option.
If Revo can't find the App, go straight to the second step. If that alone doesn't work, try using Revo again—it may find enough of the App to flag and remove it this time.
The error in your second screenshot is definitely App-related and should be cleared up with the above.
