My sims 4 game keeps crashing and the take photo option doesn’t show up

Hi. I did download some mods but they seem all up to date. I thought Mc command center was up to date and other mods were yet it kept causing issues with my game like crashing and long loading screens.  I deleted them all and I want to take a family portrait with the camera and tripod but the camera does not have the option to take photo. Any help would be great
