My sims 4 won't launch
When I try to play the Sims 4 it doesn't launch. It went from saying this game requires administrator privileges to launch, it also gives the option to choose ok or cancel when I press ok the blue play button turns grey, but the game doesn't pop up on my screen. I uninstalled the game reinstalled it, cleared the cache, and repaired it. And it still does not work. This has been happening for 3 days now can someone help me or tell me what else should I do.
@Ketaa20 Does your current Windows account have admin rights? If not, can you create a new admin account and try playing in that?
If playing in an admin account doesn't help, whether you're already using one or you have to create a new one, please let me know what antivirus you use. Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
