My sims never sleep when I set them to care for themselves!

Whenever I'm out of the house and I set my sims to care for themselves, they never sleep and they're always uncomfortable. When I go back home though, they're all rested and fine. However, if I call a...

      Can you start a new game for testing purposes to see if you have the same issue ?
