New basegame stuff

Hey guys, 

as many know there should have been a huge basegame update yesterday. However I am not recieving any off the stuff. I downloaded it, but I get a notification that it's not on my PC. When I go to check it says that my game is up-to date. I'm not a huge computer person so I really don't know what to do anymore.

Hopefully someone knows what the problem is :)
