Lost Hundreds of dollars

Hi there, everyone!

This is my first time commenting on the forum. I wasn't sure what else to do and I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this. I'm not able to get in contact with anyone from the EA team and need help.

Someone has hacked into my EA account twice to download FIFA as well go against guidelines. I'm not sure if they are doing it through my account or not, but EA has since then taken away all of my SIMS 4 expansion packs/side packs leaving me only the SIMS 4 main game.

I haven't been able to recover those expansions/side packs. And, I had a large amount of them from when the game released up until now. And, now my EA app says I don't own any of them.....

Has anyone else had this issue? And, do you know how to get in contact with the EA team? I'm frustrated and feel like I've pretty much wasted hundreds of dollars on those expansion packs....

I feel like, now, it's a legal issue.

P.S. I also had purchased the SIMS 4 High school expansion and the app never let me download it and kept telling me I had to update the game to play it. It's up to date and it never downloaded. But, I guess since all my expansion packs are gone now....it's a little irrelevant. I suppose.
