New Computer - Cannot Access Sims4
I had to get a new computer because of Windows 11. EA recognises me and admits I have purchased Sims4 plus addons. However, I cannot access Sims4 to play the game. I did the download but it just sent a link to open my account, whereas I had hoped it would send the icon to enable me to play the game. How can I access the game? I will be upset if EA games expects me buy everything again because Microsoft forced me to buy a new computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Mycedric What exactly do you mean by "it just sent a link to open my account"? Please describe this in more detail, or post a screenshot or two.
The way this is supposed to work is, you install the EA App, you sign in with the same email address and password as you used on the old computer, you click to download Sims 4, and then you can play it, just like that. There shouldn't be any extra steps. And you don't need to buy your content again.
