Sims 4 keeps crashing

Hello, I've been playing the sims since 2016 and for the past couple of months. (it started around November). My game keeps randomly crashing. I don't know why. I've repaired the game, uninstalled it, cleared my cache  and none of it worked. I play on a laptop, but my laptop is not old(Surface 5) and runs many other games just fine. I also play on a laptop mod and with low graphic settings. I don't play with mods; I have many packs, but not all of them. I have no idea what the issue is or how to fix it. I can play the game for about a hour to 2, but it keeps crashing.

    epotenzo5  Please force the game to run in DirectX 11 mode.  Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.

    Separately, please disable Game Mode and Game Bar, both under Windows Settings > Gaming.

    epotenzo5  Is there any pattern at all to the crashing, for example when you're in build mode or on a certain lot?  Either way, I'd like to see a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    Hey, I've haven't notice any patterns however it will crash more often in build mode but if I just play in live mode it will still crash after about a hour or 2. I've tried different lots, worlds and everything the only connection is that it will crash after a around a certain period of time. I've attached my dxdiag file below for you to take a look at!
