new kits not downloading
purchased new kits, download button is there but they are not downloading, when i press it the list just goes back to the top as the kits are just jumbled up in the list not at the top like new ones

I just had the same issue, restarted the EA app and was able to download one of them, then same issue again, had to restart EA app AGAIN, then could get second one to download.
However now my game is freezing and crashing every 5-10mins.
oh no! i might not try again then, thanks for the heads up. I will eave it for a while and see what happens ♥
alchemicsoihi, have a look at the replies below, i tried those and repaired my game and they have downloaded, i am about to go in and see if the game is ok ♥
