New update
A new update for the game has been released, which includes new hairstyles, furniture, etc. Why don't I have these new things in my game?

majeczka92 The items don't always show as new, so please make sure they're not already there and just hiding in plain sight.
If that's not the case, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete the content folder. Load the game, and if the SDX doesn't start on its own, open Options > Game Options > Sims Delivery and click the button to check for updates. Either way, give it a couple minutes to download, then quit and restart.
