New world not populating
Hi, I purchased and installed the Enchanted by Nature Expansion pack, the game recognizes that it is installed but the world is greyed out with a message that says it has been pre-ordered and not yet available for download.

Hi, I got it sorted. I restarted my system, then the EA app and re downloaded th expansion. It's working now.
