No quest available

Since the new update I try to play the event and do the quest to collect the ittems. But no quest start. I can see the option on the top left on my screen and press on it but the quest dont start.
During the last update, the game had some trouble to do it so I decided to delete the game and download it again. The update done well, I can see the event and the new things added with the update.

I did also repair on the game and I don't have any mods.

Can anyone help me on that please
