deskatrich91​  This sounds like an antivirus-related issue.  It could be something else, of course, but that's the place to start: by setting exceptions inf your AV for TS4_x64 and TS4_Launcher_x64, and also TS4_DX9_x64 if you use DirectX 9 mode.  Set one for EADesktop.exe as well.

If you're not sure how to set exceptions, the online documentation for your antivirus should include instructions.  Or you can use this guide for a few common programs, including Windows Defender:
