None of my packs are not showing up in game!

I've been having this issue for a few months now where I'll go into the game and when I click "load game" it will tell me that the packs I have are not installed. I know that I've already installed these packs, I've played with them multiple times and I even went to check if the packs somehow uninstalled but they haven't. I've repaired my game, I have also restarted my game and I've removed my mods to see if that was affecting it (they were not). 

I don't want to uninstall the game because I don't want risk losing anything.

    If you need further help, let me know what category you fall into, and post the results of the search described towards the end of the guide.

    Uninstalling the game shouldn't delete your saves or other user files, and it wouldn't remove ownership of the DLC you've already purchased.  But it's always a good idea to have a backup copy of your saves stashed somewhere else, especially but not exclusively when uninstalling the game.
