Norton blocks Sims 4, 23 July 2024
Hello,
I just updated my game in Windows, and now I can't play it because my Firewall flagged that. Now, how do I fix this?
Update:
I did restart my laptop and got into the game to see if I can change my settings. But when I logged out of it, I got the same message that it's been blocked. How do I fix this?

@cjwest271 Set an exception for EADesktop.exe. Set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64 as well; or the entire folder they're in.
If that doesn't help, you can temporarily disable Norton, run the update, test the game, and reenable Norton.
