can someone help the same thing i need 11.60 but only have 8.24 space but i have a microdisk but when i click on it to download the sims it won't download
8.2 GB on your C drive is too low in general
You should free up some space
this happened to me too but the only thing i have downloaded is origin. i need to free up 4.84 GB but i have literally nothing

help pleaseWe can't help you free up space you must do that. You can uninstall some programs and later reinstall them.
I have the same problem but I cant get rid of anything ive already tried
If you can not free up space you need to upgrade to a bigger harddrive.
how do I do that? is it something external that I have to connect each time to play?
