Not updated to New menu

My game is currently stuck on the old menu and it is broken. Instead of all of the game options and settings being underneath the sims 4 logo it is now out of screen. 
I have downloaded a mod conflict detector which helped me find broken mods/cc in my game since I thought that was the problem but it isn’t. 
I don’t know what to do and I just need help getting to the new updated main menu and have all of the menu options be fine
