Nothings working

I just downloaded the sims 4 haven’t been able to play it. I create an EA account right? Well, when I go to log in the app decides to crash. Every time I open it just says there’s been an error and to reboot the app or cancel. Rebooting does nothing. I uninstalled my antivirus, still doesn't work. I hit cancel and it asks if EA can access my computer, I hit yes, a black screen with white text tells me it’s updating. Mind you, I installed this an hour ago. I let it update, it gets to 36% it crashes again, now I can’t even get it to the updating screen. I don’t know what to do. I’ve had to factory reset my computer not once but twice to even get it to install the sims, now I can’t do anything about it because when I try to open it from steam it crashes. When I open the app, it crashes. Can’t open the sims 4 at all. I’m genuinely lost and any help would be highly appreciated.
