Origin says I am Online, Sims 4 Game says I am offline.
When I get on Origin it says that I am online. When I go to play the Sims 4 game, it says I am not online. So I click to go online, and it says it can't connect and to try again. I exit the Sims 4 and go on Origin and click to go offline, where it then tells me I am offline. I click to go back online. Then I try to get on the Sims 4 again. It still says in offline, and so I can't access the community gallery.
How do I fix this? I've looked at other responses to questions like mine and they say to make sure a firewall or antivirus isn't blocking the connection. Not to sound like an idiot, but if this is the problem, how do I check those? Thanks in advance! 😕mileyhappy:
To see if it's the antivirus or firewall, try turning it off to test.
Also, how long have you had this issue?
