origins client and EA stuff disappeared

Question

A couple of months ago purchased several game packs etc. at that time Sims 4 was running fine and my Origins client was opening so I could see all the expansion packs, etc., that I had purchased. Cut to today and my PC is telling me Origins client is not installed and the options in my EA folder (see below), when I select those I just get an error message that the shortcut is no longer there.. When I try to open Sims 4 it says I have to reinstall Origins. I don't understand how everything just disappeared. so I tried to reinstall Origins and I got error code 20:403. when I go to Origins help, it does not recognize the error code. any one have any ideas?

jbones92563&nbsp; Origin doesn't work in Windows anymore; you'd need to use the EA App.&nbsp; Try opening the App itself and launching Sims 4 through your game library.
If you can't open the App, download a fresh copy of its installer and run it.&nbsp; You should get the option to repair the App, so choose that and see whether it works.
