Owned DLC Missing Items In Game

I'm also having this issue when downloading lots/rooms off the Gallery and I own every pack/kits but it shows the "Content Not Installed" and the other message you mentioned. I haven't seen anyone else post any solution as well. Hoping someone has an idea on how to fix it. 

Purchased Enchanted Living on 3/19. It was downloaded from the EA App. It is showing as downloaded in the "manage add ons" section, but has still not opened or shown as downloaded in the game itself. I cannot access the neighborhood or any items from the pack.

I have done the following: 

• Cleared APP cache
• Logged out and into app
• uninstalled and reinstalled app
• repaired game
• uninstalled the DLC and reinstalled it
• Mods are off. 

The EA chatbot has been completely worthless. I can't even open a case about this because the bot just keeps giving me the same article then resetting when I say it didn't fix my issue. 

I thought to refund it and rebuy it, but it isn't eligible for refund.

Short of uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game, I have tried everything.

both say "World not installed. When this pack finishes downloading restart The Sims 4 to install it." I've uninstalled/then reinstalled the packs, then ran a repair on the game twice. I had a mod on when I bought and installed them originally, but for the repairs I took it off. Any suggestions? 

Logged into the game and now being told that although content packs are showing as purchased they are not being recognised in the game. 

Have run a repair, relogged into my account and reset multiple times but packs are still showing as missing in the game even though the EA app shows them as purchased. 

Any ideas of what I can do to fix this or is this another issue affecting everyone

I have a similar issue. When I go to download a house I built from my library it tells me I don't have all the packs installed even though I do, I built the house. It's since the recent update. 

I'm having the same issues as well as my game just cutting off in the middle of the game. i just played my game last night and everything was there. tried play this morning and that's when the problem occurred. I've tried everything to fix the issue, nothing works. 

Please fix. i Own plenty extra packages, they are installed but wont come up in the game. Fix it 

Hallo, I tried to load my game today and all of the sudden, all my expansions are blokked in grey and it says I dont own them, but when I click, I do. Says I need to restart the game, did. Followed all steps online,  asked chat gpt for hours and spoke with few support people, they say its an internal bug but my game is still not loading and I cant play. Did anyone have this and how did you solve it? I spent a lot of money and cant even play....

HI, I bought and downloaded a maker pack from the market place for the first time today, and now none of my other packs work. It seems that I only have the base game worlds and no other stuff packs or kits. They say DEACTIVATED. I have reinstalled everything, cleared cache all the things. So I am not sure where to go now. 

Hi,   I have the EA app on my laptop and my daughter’s laptop so she can play the sims.  I recently purchased royals and legacy and for rent  expansions I  installed on my laptop first then my daughters. 

both expansions work perfectly on my laptop however on my daughters it shows this …:::

I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the expansion packs and repaired Multiple times and it still doesn’t work? 

Just to add i have other expansions which work fine on her laptop.

yea same I just got it and Jungle Adventure and I can't see any of the pack items or towns. Very frustrating.

I also have a MacBook Pro for reference. 

I have 2 PC's set up to use my EA account - my main PC and a gaming laptop. I purchased Lovestruck and Hobbies and Businesses and activated the country kitchen on my main PC. Downloaded and installed without issue, played for a bit and the packs are all working correctly.

Son wanted to play so logged the EA account off on the main PC and into the gaming laptop. He started playing immediately and did not install the new packs on the laptop before playing.

When I switched the account back over to the main PC and started the game the save that I was playing before now shows lovestruck, H&B and country kitchen as all missing. Starting a new game and trying to access the associated worlds shows them as not being available but says not installed which is different to the worlds associated with the other packs I don't have yet like Royalty.

I have restarted the PC, run repair, uninstalled and redownloaded the packs. What else can I do to fix the sync issue?

The packs show as purchased when I go to them from inside the game, I have checked the install path and they are installed in the correct directory, in the EA launcher they are showing as installed and ready to use.

Forgot to add in my post, I have reset the app cache already as well.

Alternately, you can delete UserSetting.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.

The marketplace trick worked for me as well - when a full reinstall didn't!

Do devs read feedback here? Is there any way to display that the pack is disabled on the individual pack page so that if you click through from the error on the save game list it says "Owned - disabled" rather than just "owned" with a way to get to the toggle to reenable it?
