17438q2 If you still need help, please restart your computer again. You can kill any EA or Sims-related processes in the Task Manager if necessary; make sure to look in the background processes list too. Then go here:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
and launch the EAUpdater.exe, which will force-update the App.
Next, clear the App's cache:

and repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair), then see whether you can play, and if so, whether your packs are all loading.
