Packs not linking properly
So I bought quite a lot of the packs for the Sims 4. I finally decided to start playing on pc my EA and Xbox account are linked I upload something on my Xbox I can get to it on the EA account right? But I still cannot access any of my packs but one of them when I open it in my Xbox it shows my Xbox username uploaded it but my pc says my ea account name, as I said my accounts are already linked but it just doesn't work. Any clue how to fix this?(images for reference)
RippedPaperSyste Packs don't transfer between console and PC/Mac, or between XBox and Playstation. This is by design: you're only buying the content for one platform at a time. There's a very long master thread on the subject here if you're interested:
