Have you done that? I ask because these would count as nonessential devices, which I mentioned disconnecting, but maybe you considered something like USB headphones essential. The dxdiag doesn't have timestamps, so I can't tell you when these errors occurred.
Additionally, please confirm that you tried playing in a clean user folder with absolutely nothing added to it. This type of issue is often due to an outdated file in ConfigOverride.
