T4h45in Thanks for the dxdiag. Try installing this driver, which is listed as newer than the one your computer currently has:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart after instaling it and before trying to play.
If that doesn't help, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent attempt to open Sims 4. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.

Hi, so I just did everything you told me to do but I am still facing the same problem. I had to force shut down my PC as my keyboard and mouse stopped responding when I entered the game. However unlike previous times this time I was able to move my cursor in the game for a few seconds but ultimately it stopped working. Also I waited for an hour for the reliability monitor to update but the only error that it is showing me is this 'The previous system shutdown at 3:47:45 PM on 8/3/2025 was unexpected.' which i believe occurred when I forced shut down my PC when my keyboard and mouse stopped responding. Any advice on how should I solve this issue??
