permissions error when updating the sims 4

i just went to update my game it gets to literally 2% then an error message pops up saying that the ea app doesn't have full permissions to update the game. ive tried the suggestions of clearing the ...

    i moved my mods folder out of my game file (i have a LOT.)

    and moved my cc organiser out too and it worked!!

    i think the organiser was the issue

canny-7anny  Try running the EA App as an admin: right-click the desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator."  Then try to repair the game: EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair.

If this doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the error.  Please also list the antivirus you use, and the location where Sims 4 is installed.  You can see that under Manage > View properties.

this is the new message thats popping up now. its running as admin, ive reinstalled he app and ive moved files around idk what to do :(
