Please help, the game crashes when clicking New Game!

Hello! I haven't played The Sims 4 since August and everything worked fine back then. When trying to play the game today, the game just crashes. I get to the main menu and when I click "New Game" the screen goes white and it crashes, and I get the message "Failed to launch game". When I click "Resume Game" the household is no longer there and I get to the "Select a season" page, with the message "The game failed to Save, Error 22". I also can't choose a lot because the funds are at 0 simoleons. It seems like the saves have been wiped out. I've tried every step in the Crashing Guide and nothing works. When I moved my Sims 4 folder out of the EA Games one to create a new folder after launching the game, the game crashes after The Sims 4 logo appear, so even earlier than before. The game is completely unplayable. Please help me. I've attached my dxdiag. Thank you.
