Hello! I checked it was Russia, but now I live in Israel, I changed location to "Israel", cleaned cash, restored application, but still can't buy those packs. But some packs (that I don't need) I can buy. Some packs go to cart as usual, but this specific packs don't =(

upd. I deleted and added again payment methods, but still can't buy them
