Promotion Broken - Law/Astronaut

How often does the bug occur?: Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number?: 1.69.59.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?: All, expect luxury party stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Joining the astronaut career, or Law, (at level 1) going to work maxing and maxing the bar.
What happens when the bug occurs? No promotion despite meeting the requirements
What do you expect to see? Moving onto Level 2
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Unsure.
I started a new game with 4 sims, (1 Law, 1 Astronaut, 1 Military, 1 Athlete.) They all maxed out their promotion bar and met the requirements for a promotion, but only the Military and Athlete got promoted.
- @Wolffang750 Try using MCCC to promote yourself.
This is most likely a bug and may be fixed a newer patch.
This also goes in Bug Reports, I think.
