purchased pack no longer shows it's purchased

my get to work pack says that I never bought it, however I have used that pack multiple times and only noticed it was no longer showing as owned when I tried to load my previous save file and it said the pack was missing, I went to EA app and saw that it's telling me I need to buy it again. I've already purchased it either last year or the year prior and there is no option to redownload, it's no longer showing in my library. I know that pack I purchased on my account as that was one I'd use in every save file I previously had. I would like it to be fixed, how do I get it back? EA I am not buying this pack again. I want what I paid for. Every other pack that I've purchased is still showing I own it.

Hey lit420asf,

From the limited amount I'm able to see here, it looks like Get to Work was only active on this account from a previous Game Pass subscription. If you no longer have Xbox Game Pass active, that would be why this pack is no longer available.

You can take a look at your order history here to confirm the packs that were purchased for this account. If Get to Work is not showing up there, it was not purchased directly. If you have other purchase verification for Get to Work specifically, please contact support and they can take a look at this. Otherwise, this would have to be picked up separately to access that content again without the Game Pass or EA Play subscription.

i logged out of EA and logged back in, still not showing, it shows my other 22 packs as purchased but the get to work is not in my order history anymore, it's saying I've never bought it. I've only ever used 1 EA profile as I have no others. I've only ever purchased packs on my PC EA profile so there is no issue with me having a different account. It's just completely deleted like it doesn't exist. I don't want to load my current save file as I'm worried it's going to get rid of the items I had already placed while my pack was still showing as owned. uninstalling and reinstalling seems pointless as EA isn't even recognizing the purchase I had made for it. I don't use a single custom content or mods or anything anymore since the last time my game wouldn't load at all I had to reset my entire computer and redownload and figured maybe it was no longer compatible with custom items so I stopped doing them entirely at the beginning of the year. It was already weird logging in today and Sims 4 came up with a pop up that said sims 4 was unowned so I had to redownload it AGAIN lol. Is anyone else having issues? I really don't know how to fix it when it says I don't own the pack anymore. It's not even showing in my order history which is crazy since I know I purchased it and have used it in almost every single save file I've ever had.

yeah I logged into my save file, 8 build items removed, no longer able to use that pack at all. like 4 pop-ups saying i didn't have access to that content anymore. what is going on EA?? I know I owned that pack and now it's just deleted. I am not spending money again on a pack I already bought. Either reimburse me for the money that I spent or give me the pack back 😂

lit420asf Did you buy Get to Work outright? Or is it possible you only bought an EA Play subscription, which includes GtW? If you did buy the EP, did you also have a subscription at one point that has now expired? It's possible the EA Play version of GtW overwrote the one you owned, and this was removed when the sub expired.

Even if you're fairly certain, please check your purchase history on ea.com (Account Settings > Payment & Wallet > Order History) for any sign of either a subscription or GtW itself.

I always have bought the packs outright during the sales and have never seen anything saying surbcription only. My order history is also glitchy atm and shows a bunch of packs i had bought during a sale, duplicated on the same date, same price, same packs even though I only made that purchase once and my bank account also shows it was a one time purchase not twice😅 where do the packs show if its only a subscription?
