Purchased Royalty and Legacy Expansion Missing

Hello,

The EA support chat bot is useless, so I'm hoping I can get some help here. I've seen other people posting about this, but no actual solutions.

I purchased the Royalty and Legacy expansion on PC today through the official EA store. The EA Launcher shows the exp is purchased and installed. However none of the game content appears in game. I have no mods installed. I've tried restarting the game, the launcher, and my computer. I've also tried repairing the install. Nothing helps.

If that doesn't help, go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Payment & Wallet > Order History, and list the status of your purchase: Completed, Processing, or Failed.

Thank you, that helped. I had seen mention of clearing the cache, but hadn't been able to find any instructions on how to do so. Once I cleared the cache I was able to see that the exp hadn't actually been downloaded. But I'm all set now.
