Purchased the new Fairies pack. Worked all weekend. Now it says I don't own it.
WHY is this happening again? I'm SO sick of this. Anyone have any suggestions OTHER than clearing cache etc? I already did all that. Thanks.

You don't specify whether you install the game to a pc, use steam or the EA app, so I'm just going to link you something I found that might help if you use the EA app.
