Re: Accidently deleted sim from Gallery

@Ashley02020   Hello, I can try to help you.

It would help if I knew which icons/buttons you clicked on in this process of yours, to know what you did. If you clicked this:

the files for that sim is in the Tray folder in the user folder for the game, called The Sims 4. The user folder is always located in Documents>Electronic Arts on your computer. The tray files have no name, but dates and time for when they were saved. I saved this test-sim to household, and this is how the tray files looked.

The path on my computer is (in swedish): This PC>Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>Tray. (columns: Idag: today; Senast ändrad: latest changed; Storlek: size; Typ: type):

I then uploaded the sim to the community Gallery with this:

Choosing the same button again removes it from Gallery:

If the sim is uploaded to Gallery, but deleted from the Library, it can be downloaded yet again, and saved that way. And if removed from the Gallery, but still in your Library, the files are in the Tray folder. This is how to delete the sim from the personal/private game library:

When doing that, the files in the Tray folder disappears.

You could look in the Gallery (your account name, mine as you see here is DonroaAkashu); in your Library, called My Library; and in the Tray folder, for any files.

If you don't find anything anywhere, perhaps you could load a previous save. Let me know, and I'll go into it.
