@ynk225 The price isn't terrible, but you could get the same performance for significantly less. The graphics chip in a Ryzen 7 5700U is about equal to the one in an i7-1165G7; the difference is a few percentage points in either direction, depending on the game. And laptops with a 5700U start at a lower price, for example this one:

Looking over this site, there are a lot of options with a 5700U, and some with the newer R7 7730U, which has the same graphics chip. They should all have roughly the same performance in Sims 4, so you could choose based on whatever other factors matter to you.
For Sims 4 itself, you won't need more than 500 GB storage either. If you want more space for other data, that's a good reason to get a laptop with a terabyte of storage; I'm just saying you don't need to spend the extra money for Sims 4 itself.
Additionally, you could get a gaming laptop for the same price as the HP laptop you've linked:

The RTX 2050 is not a great graphics card, but it's significantly faster than the integrated graphics chips in the other laptops we've talked about: maybe twice as fast in gaming on average, although there's a lot of variation from one game to the next. So if you're willing to get a gaming laptop and want the best performance possible, this is a better option. But if you don't need to play on ultra graphics settings and are fine with high settings, one of the laptops with a 5700U or i7-1165G7 will be perfectly fine.
