What did you download ? Sims ? If so, you also need to install teh custom content they come with seperatly
Maybe you need to redress them. I'm unsure. I thought it would do so automatic if you have the correct content but maybe not.
Do the shoes and stuff not show up in CAS ? Is that you're saying ?

I downloaded custom hair styles and it's a package file. Where do I put this file so that it shows up in CAS when I go in the game? In other words, what Sims 4 folder location on my pc? Thanks!
