Re: game stuck on endless loading screen (only work when offline)

@madebyqq  Try disabling Online Social Features, in Options > Game Options > Other.  You can load the game offline once to disable this, then go back online.

If that doesn't help, try playing with the EA App in offline mode.

I'd also like to see any errors related to this problem, if they exist.  Your dxdiag doesn't list them, but there are other ways to find the info.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see the Reliability Monitor: a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent attempt to launch Sims 4 while online (when it didn't work).  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.

Hi, thank you so much for helping me.

So, it seems like the problem is I cannot play the game in an online mode at all.

I have tried both of the solutions. Here's the result

    1. Disabling Online feature - Did not work when I go back online as It just went back to the endless loading screen.

    2. Playing with an Offline mode in EA App - It does work. No more loading screen, and the game load smoothly. I tried go back online and the game did not crash. The only problem is I cannot access the gallery at all.

Reliability Monitor. - I have found two errors, I have attached the photo and the details under.

    1. First Error

@madebyqq  Please uninstall Logitech G Hub, which is apparently trying and failing to update.  It may also be trying to work with Sims 4, specifically coordinating your RGB lighting with the game, a feature that was released a couple years ago.  Point is, uninstall the software, and if it works, reinstall a fresh copy and test again.

@madebyqq  Then try again and see what new error you get, if any.  The information you posted last time was enough.
