@TiaraR21  While 4 GB RAM is the minimum requirement for Sims 4, it's really not enough for most expansion packs, especially together.  You should still be able to load the game though, at least with nothing else running in the background.  Please restart your computer immediately before trying to play, and don't open anything other than the EA App and Sims 4.

If that's not enough, try increasing the size of your computer's page file, which is where spillover data goes when it doesn't fit in RAM.  Here's how (option one):

Set the minimum to 12000 and the max to 16384, and restart.
