@Vohtex  Please move your entire Sims 4 game folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will be created with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet, just start a new save and see whether the problem reappears.

If it does, trash the new Sims 4 folder, repair your game in Origin, and try again.  To repair, open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

    Thanks for your help, 'Hero'! EA won't get back to us & seem eager to ignore SO many of the bugs and missing features in Sims 4!
