Re: Sims 4 Island living not showing up

It still doesn't work..

@sotiriats  Is there no Island Living content at all?  For example, can your sims travel to Sulani, and is Mermadic Kelp listed in the rewards store?

i just rejoined the game.. All my expansions were missing and the i turned on the origin and games auto updates and now it finally downloaded again by it self the island living expansion. But its not showing up at all

@sotiriats  Just to confirm, there are no Island Living items in Build/Buy, and your sims don't have the option to travel to Sulani?

no there is no option for my sims to build/buy the expansion's objects BUT when i have to chose a world it shows the Sulami without the lock but its grey. Specificly it says that i need to donload the pack and restart the game but i dont know how.

Please also let me know whether Origin is loading properly and whether it says it's running in offline mode.  If so, it would say "offline mode" along the top of the window.

Everything is fine with origin the thing is that when i go on manage worlds the "sulani" is gray and it says that i need to download the pack and restart the game and i am a little comfuzed (i also ran dxdiag)

@sotiriats  Again, is Origin running in offline mode?

Please also tell me if you've ever used a second Origin account, or if someone else has used their Origin account on this computer.

Finally, please open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, and if there's anything in the command line box, let me know what it says.  Then delete that text, or tell me if Origin doesn't let you delete it.
