Re: Sims4 says out of memory?

SOMEONE HELP ME!

So I've spent the last 2 days installing Sims4 on my gaming desktop. We only use it for gaming and it has 1TB memory. I downloaded ALL my sims expansions (Stuff packs, etc.) and I literally just got home from work, so I checked it. Game is downloaded, everything looks good BUT when I try to boot up my game, it crashes and pops up an error window telling me the game has run out of memory. I played Sims4 on multiple laptops and desktops and have never had this problem before! All I want to do is play my freaking game!! Someone help PLEASE!!! 

This is the error that keeps coming up:::

Unable to start:

The game has run out of memory.

[223471fd:0d5ce4eb:000000c8:00000000]

Again, I've never seen this before.

    There are many ways given by players to solve similar cases, so let's start by eliminating them one by one
    Update your Windows
    In the case described below - unfortunately  in Portuguese - "[223471fd:0d5ce4eb:000000c8:00000000]". A pasta da Electronic Arts volta mas o jogo fica sem memória." -  the solution was Windows update
