You will have to put some mods, try if it works with those. If it works, put some more... Until it stops working and then you know the faulty mod is between those you just installed.

So you remove the mods you just installed and you need to install them again in smaller groups.

It requires patience.

Hi i'm really sorry to bother you again but it seems that most of my mods were deleted in the moving of the folder id there any way to get them back as I had a collection of over 100 mods and now I have about 10.

That's weird, files can't be deleted when you move a folder. Please, check if they are in another folder or in your recycle bin.

are you using mods/cc in your game ? There was a patch yesterday and mods/cc can get outdated with patches, leading to the game not loading.

If you do, try if it loads without mods. If it does, you can start narrowing down which one is causing the issue.

to start the game without them, just move the folder named "Mods" to your desktop or anywhere else. the game will create a new, empty folder.

my sims 4 wont load it freezes at the maxis screen and doesn't go forward. I have updated everything, there is no viruses on my computer, I uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my PC, repaired the game through origin but cannot get into it at all

Your graphics driver is 3 years old. You need to update that.

Sometimes that happens. One day the game will be working just fine and the next day won't work at all.

I have like 1000 mods (I aint kidding) and my game wont load and im getting really annoyed and ive tried without mods and it works what can i do???!!! This has started happening since the new update for the Sims 4 Seasons!!!!!! Plz Plz Plz HELP!!!!!!

It would still be a good idea to go through your mods folder to make sure things are still good.

The newest game patch broke several mods and custom content. This can happen as we get updates for the game. Players using mods and cc have to go through their mods folder to find what needs to be deleted or replaced.

Disabling or turning off both mod/cc options isn't enough of a test.

To test this, move your mods folder to the desktop, clear your game cache and delete the localthumbcache.package from the Sims 4 folder to help with troubleshooting. Try playing the game again to test. If it loads okay, it may be that some of the mods/cc have become outdated.
