Re: WIFI SHUT DOWN

For me, I am kind of new to the game, and I believe I share the same issue as yours. The game worked perfectly fine at first until I decided to try CC packs. When I downloaded a Costume CC pack of a dress I opened the game and went to the character edit mode to see if it's there which I actually found it, but at the end I realized that my WIFI went off. I have tried connecting to it back while in the game it never worked, until I closed the game the WIFI came back. So far it has been two days and I have tried everything to at least get to play Sims 4 normally without packs or anything, but it yet doesn't connect me to the WIFI. I even got myself in contact with EA help. The first time they tired helping me from deleting files by using the Run cmnd, and tried letting me delete the game and downloading it again. I even tired unplugging the router, nothing worked, even though I deleted the CC pack from the mods file, it yet won't let me connect to play. At the end I ended up getting in contact with EA help again and they said they got a lot of reports about that, so all what we gotta do is to wait for them to fix it as what they said.
