Sorry to hear it. Did you grab The Sims 4 on Steam, Epic or EA app?

Can you please hit the Windows key and then type "Check for Updates" and run the program that pops up? Make sure your PC has all available updates installed then fully restart your system by right clicking the power icon in the start menu and selecting Restart. Then launch the EA app and try starting your game please. 

@EA_Cade I have the same problem, and it still isn’t working

Have you already performed the basic steps like restarting your PC and repairing the game in the EA app?

Have you removed your mods and CC folders to see if the game launches without them? You can learn how by following the previous link and then clicking on Incompatible Mods/CC. 

@EA_Cade I did everything and it isnt working still. It says your game failed to launch: an error on our end caused your launch to fail
